Our Newborn and Infant TuTus are designed to fit most little ones through their first year. All Newborn and Infant TuTus are PIXIE Length( 7 Inches) with a waist measurement of 14 inches. These TuTus make wonderful shower and welcome to the world gifts. We are currently working on prop tutus designed to acheive that perfect picture without having to wake your newborn.
