How should I care for my Girl Party TuTu? TOP
Upon receiving your tutu, keep in mind it will be scrunched from shipping. To remendy this comb your fingers through the tulle to straighten, then fluff and you are ready to go!
For cleaning your Girl Party Tutu, it will not withstand the washing machine due to the ribbon waistline, so please spot clean only. If you wish to iron your tutu please do so on the lowest setting possible and never let the iron remain in one place for too long, the tulle will singe easily.
What methods of shipping do you use? TOP
For all Domestic US, Canadian and International orders, I will ship your items via Priority Mail, if you need expedited shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing so that we can discuss options and availability. For Domestic shipping times should be between 2-3days all others will be between 6-10 days. Any customs fees, tariffs, duties etc., will be the responsiblity of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
I accept PayPal payments only at this time. Through my shopping cart though customers have the ability to pay through PayPal without having to create an account. How soon will my items arrive? TOP
I do my best to ship all items within 7 business days, keep in mind I do handcraft each tutu myself. Therefore please allow 21 days for your item to ship, and in most cases shipping only takes 2 days(domestic). If you are need of your item sooner, please contact me and we can discuss different options.
Once you place an order, expect a confirmation email within 24 hours. Included in this email will be my anticipated ship date. What is your return policy? TOP
I stand behind each and every tutu I handcraft and when I send them to you, they are free from defect to the best of my knowledge. If for any reason you are unhappy when you receive your tutu, please contact me first, within 7 days of receiving your tutu so that we might first try to resolve any issues, if we are unable to do so I will refund your money minus shipping once item is returned to me in the manner in which it left.

Girl Party TuTus recommends that all tutus be worn under the supervision of an adult, especially children under the age of 3.
For Tutus with any embellishment that is especially true, I make sure that all embellishments are attached securely but regardless of that fact, children under the age of 3 should not wear their embellished tutu without adult supervision.
